Whether your machine is an older model, a new sewing/embroidery machine, or a serger, you don't need to be without it for weeks or months when you bring it in for service. Normally if you get it to us by Friday, it's ready to pick up on Monday afternoon. Our technicians are factory trained on a variety of brands--Janome and Baby Lock (of course!)--plus Singer, Pfaff, and Brother and have experience working on many, many kinds of machines.
